We’re looking forward to gathering with our members for the 2026 Annual Meeting & Member Appreciation Event on Thursday, September 3, at the Parke County Fairgrounds! Join us for an evening of food, fun, prizes, and cooperative updates.

Schedule of Events

4:00–6:45 p.m. – Registration | 4-H Building
4:00–7:00 p.m. – Meals Served | 4-H Building
4:00–6:30 p.m. – Bingo | Rabbit Barn
7:00 p.m. – Prize Drawings | 4-H Building
7:15 p.m. – Business Meeting | Commercial Building

Member Appreciation & Door Prizes

Every registered member will receive a $15 bill credit and be entered into our door prize drawing!

10 Door Prizes will be awarded:

1 – $500 bill credit
2 – $250 bill credits
3 – $100 bill credits
4 – Gift certificates for a battery-powered STIHL item

The Annual Meeting Notice and registration card were mailed to members in early August. Please bring your registration card for a quick, easy registration.
